7bit casino review: two licences on one site
The first thing that does not add up at 7Bit is its licence. The home page text says its 10,000-plus games come "under the Curaçao Gaming Authority licence". The footer on the same page says the site is owned and operated by Saphirix Solutions SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-933997, and operates under licence no. 0000091 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Those are different regulators. We read the footer as the operator's formal statement, but a casino that cannot keep its own licence story straight has not earned trust. Score: 3.8 out of 10.
We read the home page, terms (version 2.7, last updated 25 February 2026), bonus terms, payments page, Play Safe page and About page on 9 October 2026 from an Australian connection. We did not register or deposit.
Is 7Bit Casino legal in Australia?
No. Offering online casino games to people in Australia is banned under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and ACMA's blocked gambling websites list holds seven 7Bit addresses: 7bitcasino.com, 7bitcasino8, 9, 14, 28 and 88, and win7bitcasino.com. ACMA blocks a site after finding it offers illegal services here. The penalties fall on operators, not players, but nothing Australian protects your balance. 7Bit's terms list about 230 countries and territories where real-money play is banned, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. Australia is not one of them, and the site shows its bonuses in AUD.

The Tobique Gaming Commission's licence holder list has an entry for "Saphirix Solutions S.R.L", expiring 7 August 2027, though it shows no licence numbers or brands. The A$10,800 welcome pack, deposit by deposit
Every stage needs a A$40 minimum deposit, "All bonuses ... need to be wagered 35 times", bonuses expire after 14 days and the maximum bet while wagering a welcome bonus is A$2.

Look at the fourth row. In our calculation, clearing a full A$8,000 bonus at A$2 a spin within 14 days means 10,000 spins a day. At five seconds a spin that is close to 14 hours of play every day for two weeks. The expected cost of A$280,000 in bets on 96% pokies is A$11,200, more than the bonus itself. The smaller stages follow the same pattern: A$28,000 of bets on a A$800 bonus costs about A$1,120 on average.

Weekly cashback that costs more than it pays
7Bit advertises "Weekly Cashback Get up to 20%". The 20% belongs to Level 12 of its loyalty scheme. At Levels 1 to 5 you get 5%, at 35x wagering, and only after depositing at least A$500 and losing at least A$500 in the week. Work it through:
- Lose A$500 in a week and receive A$25 cashback.
- Wager it 35 times: A$875 of bets.
- At 96% return, those bets cost about A$35 on average.
- Expected result: about A$10 worse than declining the cashback.

7Bit withdrawal time and limits
The terms set a A$40 minimum withdrawal and caps of A$20,000 a week, counted from your first payment that week, and A$80,000 a month. Larger balances can be paid in monthly instalments of up to A$80,000; progressive jackpots are paid in full. Those caps are higher than at most offshore casinos we have reviewed.

7Bit no deposit bonus and codes
We could not confirm a current no deposit offer. A home page tile says "Join Our Channel Get 99 FS"; we did not open it. The rules for any such spins are in the bonus terms: registration free spins are capped at A$100 of winnings, and no deposit free spins need 45x wagering. Current deposit codes in the terms are 2DEP, 3DEP and 4DEP for the welcome pack, MONDAY (25% up to A$1,000 + 50 FS from a A$100 deposit, one day to wager), WEDNESDAY (35 to 100 spins) and REALFS (60 spins, A$600 maximum cashout).
Play Safe tools and the loss limit loophole
The Play Safe page offers deposit and loss limits by day, week or month, a bet-size limit, cooling-off for one day up to six months, self-exclusion for 6, 9 or 12 months and permanent closure through support. Increases to a limit wait 24 hours. Two weaknesses matter:
- The loss limit counts only deposited money. 7Bit's own example: deposit A$100, set a A$20 loss limit, win A$2,000, and you can still lose far more than A$20.
- The terms say deposit limits "cannot be applied" to crypto deposits, on a site built around crypto.
The help organisations listed are GamCare, Gordon House and Gamblers Anonymous. For Australian support, Gambling Help Online runs 24/7 on 1800 858 858. Idle accounts also cost money: after 12 months without a login, 7Bit may charge at least A$50 a month until the balance is zero.
Games, crypto and support
The About page says 7Bit works with more than 100 studios, naming NetEnt, BGaming, Evolution, Microgaming, Playtech, Ezugi, Amatic and Betsoft, and claims over 7,000 games; the home page says over 10,000. The terms then exclude NetEnt games from Australia. It offers provably fair titles and accepts AUD plus 14 other currencies, mostly crypto. Support is described as 24/7 by live chat and [email protected], and the terms promise complaint acknowledgement within 24 hours.
