SkyCrown review: what the banner says and what the terms say
SkyCrown scores 3.9 out of 10. From an Australian connection on 9 October 2026, skycrown.com forwarded us to a new numbered mirror, where a sign-up form already set to "Australia" and "AUD" sat under the words "WELCOME PACK UP TO A$8,000 + 400 FREE SPINS". Its bonus terms, read the same morning, say each of those four deposit bonuses "is unavailable to players from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and Italy".
This is a desk review of its terms (version 1.0, effective 12 June 2025), bonus terms, KYC and responsible gaming policies, payments page, FAQ and lobby. We did not register or deposit.
Five claims, checked against the fine print
SkyCrown's marketing and its legal pages often disagree.
| What the site says | Where | What its terms or policies say |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome pack up to A$8,000 + 400 free spins | Home page, for an Australian visitor | All four deposit bonuses exclude Australia; we found no "another bonus described below" anywhere in the bonus terms |
| "10 MIN" average cash out time | Home page | "We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval" (terms 11.6) |
| Withdrawals "processed within an hour" | FAQ | Bank transfers "within 3 business days" (terms 11.10) |
| Account "verified immediately" once documents arrive | FAQ | Checks "could be up to 30 working days" (KYC policy, clause 5) |
| "Fee - None" | Payments page | Intermediary banks may charge "typically up to €16", and SkyCrown can charge a fee or refuse if a deposit was not bet 3 times (terms 11.11, 9.7) |
SkyCrown withdrawal limits and payout times
Clause 11.8 caps withdrawals at A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 in a rolling week and A$45,000 a month, resetting on the 1st. The weekly figure is A$6,000 higher than RocketPlay's. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward them. A win of A$60,000 would still take two calendar months: A$45,000 in the first and A$15,000 in the next.
Smaller rules matter more to most players:
- Minimum withdrawal is EUR 20 or the equivalent; the maximum depends on the method, and larger sums can be split.
- Every deposit must be wagered three times before you withdraw it (clause 9.7). Deposit A$200 and you need A$600 of bets first.
- Card deposits may be paid back to the same personal Visa or Mastercard, up to your net deposits; anything above that goes by another method, and SkyCrown may pick a different method from the one you asked for (11.5, 11.9).
- If staff cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (8.4).
The payments page claims over 30 methods. Its fiat list, all in euros, shows 15, and only six of them pay out: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, Skrill and MiFinity. Apple Pay, Neteller, Paysafecard, MuchBetter and Jeton show "Cash out unavailable". We could not see which methods an Australian account gets, because the cashier needs a log-in.
SkyCrown no deposit bonus, codes and cashback
The one offer whose terms name Australia as eligible is Meet & Spin: 20 free spins on Aztec Clusters by BGaming, unlocked by filling in your full name, date of birth, address and phone number and verifying the phone. The code arrives by email, so there is no public code to copy. Winnings need 25x wagering at a EUR 2 maximum bet, are capped at EUR 25, and need one completed deposit before they can be withdrawn. Clause 11.7 of the main terms caps no-deposit winnings at A$75. Compare it with other offers in our no deposit bonus Australia guide.
The published welcome codes, SKYFUN for the first deposit and ROYAL75 for the second, belong to bonuses the same pages close to Australians.
The 10% weekly cashback needs four lifetime deposits and a weekly net loss of at least EUR 100, counts slots only and stops at EUR 200. Lose EUR 1,000 and you get EUR 100, which must be wagered 10 times (EUR 1,000 of bets) within 3 days. More on these deals: casino cashback.
Is SkyCrown legal in Australia?
No. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bans offering online casino games to Australians, and ACMA's blocked gambling websites list held 12 SkyCrown domains on our 8 October 2026 snapshot:
| Type | Domains on the list |
|---|---|
| Original | skycrown.com |
| Numbered mirrors | skycrown1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 (.com) |
| Where skycrown.com forwarded on 9 October | A new numbered mirror, not on the snapshot (we do not name it) |
SkyCrown's own restricted list, clause 2.4, runs to about 50 entries, from Afghanistan to Yemen, and Australia is not among them. Clause 2.1 leaves legality to you. Our guide to whether online pokies are legal in Australia explains why offering them here is illegal.
A day earlier, connections from the US and Europe got a SkyCrown region block that told visitors to "try using a VPN or a proxy service". Clause 3.2 of the terms says VPN use to get around geographic restrictions "is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings".
Who runs SkyCrown, and is it legit?
The footer and clause 1.1 name Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911867, with E-gaming licence No. 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. We did not check that licence on a register. Complaints go to support, then to EGIS, a dispute service the terms say operates under Tobique's rules. Court action is waived for arbitration in Costa Rica, claims expire after a year, and server logs decide game disputes. No page we read named a sister site.
SkyCrown login and the official site
On 9 October 2026 the official route was skycrown.com forwarding to a new numbered mirror. An address that has not reached ACMA's list yet is no more licensed than the 12 that have. The FAQ points lost passwords to a "Forgot Password?" button, and the terms treat accounts sharing a household, IP address or device as duplicates whose winnings can be confiscated.
Verification and idle accounts
Withdrawals need photo ID, proof of address issued in the last three months and, if asked, proof of your card or e-wallet. Expired ID or a name mismatch can cost you the balance (clause 18.4). Our casino verification process guide covers what to prepare.
After 12 months with no login or play, SkyCrown can deduct A$50 a month. Leave A$300 behind and it is gone within about six months of the account turning inactive.
Responsible gambling tools
Daily, weekly and monthly limits cover deposits, losses and wagers. Cuts apply at once; increases need email confirmation and wait for the old limit to expire. Cooling-off lasts one week to six months, self-exclusion six months, nine months, a year or indefinitely.
Two gaps stand out. The page admits deposit limits "cannot always be applied" to crypto, and that some crypto deposits may still go through during a cooling-off period. The only help services listed are Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. In Australia, Gambling Help is free and confidential on 1800 858 858.
Games and support
The lobby's provider filter listed 57 studios, with game counts adding up to 9,309, led by KA Gaming (1,040), VoltEnt (407) and BGaming (291). Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt and Play'n GO were missing from that filter on our Australian connection, and the terms restrict NetEnt and Amatic games here. Support is email, a contact form and live chat, claimed 24/7 and untested.
How we scored it
- Payments 5.0: A$7,500 a day and A$45,000 a month, card payouts, no casino fees; held back by the 3x deposit rule, payout times from 10 minutes to 72 hours depending on the page, and an unseen cashier.
- Terms 3.0: a welcome pack shown to Australians but closed to them, A$50 monthly dormancy fees, VPN confiscation and Costa Rican arbitration.
- Safety 1.5: 12 blocked domains, a fresh mirror and a service illegal to offer here; a named company, licence number and ADR body lift it above 1.0.
- Responsible gambling 5.0: loss limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion and delayed increases; crypto gaps, no Australian help listed.
- Games 5.0: 57 studios and over 9,000 titles counted; no RTP checked, major studios missing for Australia.
- Support 4.5: email, form and chat, untested; the complaints page just says contact support.
Weighted with our how we rate casinos method, SkyCrown scores 3.9 out of 10.

Frequently asked questions
Is SkyCrown legit?
Not for Australians. It names a company, a licence number and a dispute service, but ACMA lists 12 SkyCrown domains as illegal gambling services here, and its terms keep Australians out of the welcome bonuses it advertises to them.
Is SkyCrown legal in Australia?
No. Online casinos cannot legally be offered to people in Australia, and ACMA's blocked list includes skycrown.com and 11 numbered mirrors. Australia is not on SkyCrown's restricted-country list, but its terms make legality your responsibility.
Can Australians get the SkyCrown welcome bonus?
No, going by its bonus terms read on 9 October 2026. Each of the four deposit bonuses excludes players from Australia and promises 'another bonus described below', which we could not find anywhere in those terms.
How long do SkyCrown withdrawals take?
Its terms aim to process requests within 72 hours of approval and bank transfers within 3 business days. The FAQ says an hour, the home page says 10 minutes on average, and the KYC policy allows up to 30 working days to check documents.
Does SkyCrown have a no deposit bonus or code?
Yes, a small one. The Meet & Spin offer gives 20 free spins on Aztec Clusters for completing your profile and verifying your phone, with the code sent by email, winnings capped at EUR 25 and a deposit needed before you can withdraw.
What is the SkyCrown official site now?
On 9 October 2026 skycrown.com forwarded to a new numbered mirror. That mirror was not on ACMA's 8 October snapshot, but a new address does not make the service legal or licensed in Australia.
