RocketPlay review: no named operator, and a cookie banner that has you say you are outside Australia

RocketPlay's terms, footer and privacy policy never say which company runs it, and its cookie banner asks visitors to confirm they are outside Australia. ACMA has blocked 26 RocketPlay domains.

Key facts

  • No operator company, registration number or licence number appears in RocketPlay's terms, footer, privacy, cookie or sportsbook pages; only its FAQ mentions an unnumbered 'Curacao gaming license'.
  • Its cookie banner says that by proceeding 'I confirm that I am currently accessing this website from outside of Australia', yet its bonus terms set cashback times 'for Australian players'.
  • Withdrawals are capped at A$9,000 a week and A$35,000 a month, and balances over A$20,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of A$20,000.
  • The first deposit bonus needs 40x the bonus within 5 days, at no more than A$7.50 a bet.
  • ACMA's blocked list (snapshot 8 Oct 2026) holds 26 RocketPlay domains, including rocketplay.com and rocketplay-au.com.

RocketPlay review verdict: an operator with no name

RocketPlay scores 3.5 out of 10, mostly because we could not find out who runs it. On 9 October 2026 rocketplay.com opened from an Australian connection with no forwarding, and none of the nine policy and help pages we read names a company, registration number, address or licence number. The terms only say the casino "complies with gambling regulations and policies the applicable license requires", disputes go to "arbitration in Curacao", and the FAQ mentions "our Curacao gaming license" once.

A day earlier it refused a US connection with HTTP status 451, unavailable for legal reasons. This is a desk review: no account, no deposit, and no click on the cookie banner.

Every RocketPlay page we checked carried this banner: "We use Cookies. Also in proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website from outside of Australia." The button under it reads "Accept".

The rest of the site reads as if it expects Australians:

What we sawWhere
Australia absent from a restricted list of more than 200 placesTerms 3.6
Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Norfolk Island and Heard Island listed as restrictedTerms 3.6
Cashback timing "For Australian players", by VIP levelBonus terms, weekly cashback
30 of the 36 recent wins in the ticker shown in AUDHome page, when we read it

An Australian who presses Accept confirms something untrue. Clause 3.3 says a player who breaches its country rules is not guaranteed a refund, and nothing in the terms says how that click would be used in a dispute.

RocketPlay withdrawal limits and times

Clause 8.8 caps withdrawals at A$9,000 a week and A$35,000 a month, with exceptions for higher VIP levels "at the Casino's sole discretion". SkyCrown, by comparison, allows A$15,000 a week. Clause 8.10 adds that a winning balance over A$20,000 can be divided "into monthly installments of a maximum of" A$20,000, which is stricter than the monthly cap two clauses earlier. Progressive jackpots are paid in full.

Take an A$50,000 win. Clause 8.8 alone means at least six weekly payments over two calendar months (A$35,000, then A$15,000). Clause 8.10 can stretch it to three months: A$20,000, A$20,000, then A$10,000. If the money is slow to arrive, our casino withdrawal pending guide explains the usual causes.

Method (payments page)Withdrawal rangeStated timeFee

Bitcoin0.00084 to 0.6 BTCInstantFree
Tether (USDT)20 to 4,000 USDTInstantFree
Bank transferEUR 25 to EUR 4,0003 to 7 banking daysFree

No card payout is listed, though the FAQ quotes a time for bank cards and says you must withdraw "by the same method you used to deposit". First you need a verified account, a 1x bet on your last deposit (skip it and clause 8.7 allows a fee) and RocketPlay's own approval, "up to 24 hours". The FAQ says some methods "come with a small fee"; the payments page marks every payout free.

The welcome bonus, priced

The first deposit bonus, 100% on the home page banner, goes up to A$1,000 from a A$30 minimum and adds 100 free spins on Aztec Magic, released 20 a day for five days, each new set only once "the wagering requirement x1" is met. The bonus terms (updated 27 November 2025) set 40x the bonus and free spin winnings, a 5-day limit, a maximum bet of A$7.50, free spin wins capped at A$300 and total bonus winnings capped at A$5,000.

Take the full A$1,000. Forty times that is A$40,000 of bets in five days, A$8,000 a day, and at least 5,334 spins at the A$7.50 ceiling (40,000 / 7.5 = 5,333.3). At the 95.65% slot return in RocketPlay's August 2026 eCOGRA report, that turnover costs about A$1,740 on average (40,000 x 4.35%), more than the A$1,000 bonus. Run your own numbers in our wagering requirements calculator.

The second deposit bonus also tops out at A$1,000 from A$75, with the same 40x in five days; the banner says 200%, the terms give no percentage.

RocketPlay no deposit bonus and codes

We found no public no deposit sign-up bonus and no code. Bonus term 20 caps no deposit winnings at A$75, paid only after full verification and a deposit. Free spins without a deposit exist, but you earn them: 10 at the Rock level, 35 at Lava, up to 100 at Meteorite, all with a EUR 150 win cap, and mission rewards capped at EUR 100. The weekly cashback is labelled "a no-deposit bonus", but it starts at VIP Level 4 (Lava) and needs a week's deposits, minus withdrawals and your balance, to top A$50. For what a typical no deposit deal is worth, see no deposit bonus Australia.

No. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes it illegal to offer online casino games to people in Australia, and ACMA has asked internet providers to block every RocketPlay domain on its list. Our 8 October 2026 snapshot holds 26:

Domain typeCountExamples
Original1rocketplay.com
Numbered mirrors24rocketplay1.com to rocketplay30.com, with gaps
Country-style1rocketplay-au.com

ACMA said in September 2026 that 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliate websites had been blocked since November 2019, so RocketPlay alone is 1.4% of them (26 / 1,822). The offences target the operator, but the player carries the risk, with no Australian licence behind the site. More detail: are online pokies legal in Australia.

RocketPlay login and look-alike pages

On 8 October 2026 rocketplay-au.com forwarded to rocketplay-au1.com, an Australian-themed page we could not tie to the casino; on 9 October rocketplay.com loaded with no redirect. The FAQ says payment emails come from an address on a separate .online domain, which makes fakes easier. Do not hand ID or card details to a page reached through an ad or search result.

Verification and idle accounts

Clause 7.2 asks for photo ID, proof of address no older than 90 days and proof of payment, and 7.6 allows a video call; miss contact for two weeks after a withdrawal request and the account is locked. The FAQ says checks take one to 24 hours and that crypto players "don't need verification before withdrawal", while clause 7.4 says missing documents block payments.

After 12 months without a login, clause 11.1 lets RocketPlay take "a minimum 25 EUR" a month until the balance hits zero.

Responsible gambling, games and support

Deposit, loss and wager limits run by day, week or month, and increases wait for the old limit to expire. The page warns that a EUR 10 loss limit on a EUR 50 deposit will not stop you losing more than EUR 10 of a EUR 1,000 win. Cooling-off runs from 1 day to 6 months, but you can "request to end the cooling-off period at any time", which weakens it. Self-exclusion is available for set periods or indefinitely. Help groups listed are Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy; in Australia, Gambling Help is on 1800 858 858.

The footer shows 69 studio logos, among them BGaming, Playson, Yggdrasil, Novomatic and Playtech, but not Pragmatic Play, Evolution or NetEnt; the terms bar NetEnt games in Australia. It also links a monthly eCOGRA payout report: 95.82% across all games in August 2026. That report names no company either.

Support is a 24/7 chat, email and a form, untested by us. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and can then go to "the gambling authority" or a dispute service, neither named; the complaints page points to a casino review website instead.

How we scored it

  • Payments 4.5: free e-wallet and crypto payouts and a stated 24-hour approval; A$9,000 a week, instalments over A$20,000, no card payouts and conflicting fee wording.
  • Terms 2.5: 40x in 5 days, a fee for unplayed deposits, at least EUR 25 a month from idle accounts and an "outside Australia" click.
  • Safety 1.0: 26 blocked domains, a service illegal to offer here, and no named company or licence number to hold to account.
  • Responsible gambling 4.5: loss, deposit and wager limits and self-exclusion; a cooling-off you can cancel, and no Australian help listed.
  • Games 5.5: 69 studios and a monthly eCOGRA payout report; per-game RTP not checked, several major studios absent.
  • Support 4.5: chat, email and form, untested; complaints outsourced to a review site.

Weighted under how we rate casinos, that is 3.5 out of 10.

Frequently asked questions

Is RocketPlay legit?

Not for Australians. On 9 October 2026 none of its legal pages named the company behind it or a licence number, its complaints page points to a review website rather than a regulator, and ACMA lists 26 of its domains as illegal gambling services.

Is RocketPlay legal in Australia?

No. Online casinos cannot legally be offered to people in Australia and ACMA blocks 26 RocketPlay domains. Australia is missing from its restricted-country list, but its cookie banner asks every visitor to confirm they are outside Australia.

How long do RocketPlay withdrawals take?

Its FAQ says up to 24 hours for its own approval, then up to 24 hours for e-wallets and 3 to 7 business days for cards and bank transfers. You must be verified and have bet your last deposit once first.

Does RocketPlay have a no deposit bonus or bonus code?

We found no public no deposit sign-up bonus and no code. Its terms cap no deposit winnings at A$75, and its free spins come with deposits, VIP level-ups and missions.

What is the RocketPlay withdrawal limit?

A$9,000 a week and A$35,000 a month, per clause 8.8 of its terms, with exceptions at RocketPlay's discretion for higher VIP levels. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 25 or the equivalent.

Is rocketplay-au.com the real RocketPlay site?

We could not confirm it. On 8 October 2026 rocketplay-au.com, which is on ACMA's list, forwarded to rocketplay-au1.com, and we found nothing tying that page to the casino. On 9 October rocketplay.com itself opened without forwarding anywhere.
