Mafia Casino review: what matters most
Mafia Casino scores 3.2 out of 10. Its most important rule is not the bonus but clause 6.12: your withdrawal limit depends on your VIP level, the level is set by your last 90 days of activity, and "the status of a customer who hasn't been actively placing bets for a month is automatically lowered to the lowest level". Take a month off and the most you can withdraw drops to AUD 800 a day.

Mafia Casino in Australia
Mafia Casino cannot legally take Australian customers. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits offering online casino games here, and ACMA's blocked gambling websites list (our 8 October 2026 snapshot) carries six of its domains: mafiacasino.com, mafiacasino1.com, mafiacasino2.com and three with four-digit numbers. Entering mafiacasino.com now redirects to another numbered address that was not on the snapshot.
ACMA investigates online gambling providers that offer prohibited services, and treats advertising or promoting them, including through affiliate sites, as a breach too. Clause 2.3 of the casino's terms lists about two dozen "Excluded Jurisdictions", including the USA, Sweden, Denmark and Greece, but not Australia. NetEnt games are blocked for Australia under clause 15.2.
A company with no name
Clause 1.4 defines "Company" as "the company operating the Website" and leaves it there. The footer reads "2026 © Mafiacasino.com All rights reserved" and "Mafiacasino.com only accepts customers over 18 years of age". Clause 14.1 says disputes "shall be settled in accordance with the applicable Law", without saying which law. Complaints go to the casino's support email, then a separate complaints address; the only outside service mentioned is a third-party complaints website, not a regulator.

Clause 6.12 decides your level from the 90 days before your withdrawal request and the "ratio of deposits and withdrawals" and bonuses received. A player who wins big after a quiet spell is likely to be at Level 1.
A $20,000 win shows the difference. At Level 1, $800 a day and $10,500 a month means about six weeks: $10,500 in the first month, then the remaining $9,500 at $800 a day, finishing on day 42. At Level 5, the same win clears in eight days. Clause 6.14 also lets the casino "make payments according to individual schedule" and set per-transaction limits by method or level.
When payouts are processed
Clause 6.15 says withdrawal requests are worked through within 3 business days of the request, "and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out", by a finance department that handles requests "from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday". You can have at most three pending withdrawals (clause 6.13). Converted to Australian time on 8 October 2026:

The welcome bonus, priced
The casino welcome bonus is 100% up to AUD 750 (EUR 500) plus 200 free spins, released 20 a day for 10 days. The bonus page sets:
- Wagering of 35x the bonus plus the deposit.
- Free spin winnings wagered 40x.
- 10 days to meet the requirements for each casino bonus.
- A maximum bet of AUD 150 (EUR 100) while a bonus is active.
- A minimum first deposit of EUR 20 or the currency equivalent.
Deposit $300 and take the $300 bonus: ($300 + $300) x 35 = $21,000 of bets inside 10 days, or $2,100 a day. If the pokies return 96%, that much betting costs about $840 on average, against a $600 balance. The high AUD 150 bet ceiling makes the turnover possible in fewer spins, but bigger bets mean bigger swings, not better odds. Inactive accounts and refunds
After 180 days without activity an account is "Inactive", and the casino may charge EUR 5 a month, or the whole balance if it is under EUR 5, and change the fee "without notice". Refund requests for a transaction must reach support within 24 hours, and requested documents within 30 days.
