BlueBet review: the brand is gone, here is where BlueBet accounts went

There is no BlueBet to review any more. The brand changed to Betr in August 2024, bluebet.com.au now redirects to betr.com.au, and Betr's terms treat old BlueBet accounts as migrated Betr accounts.

The short answer

BlueBet no longer exists as a betting brand, so we have not scored it. Its owner, BlueBet Holdings, changed the consumer brand from BlueBet to Betr in August 2024, and when we checked on 8 October 2026 bluebet.com.au simply redirected to betr.com.au. If you have searched for a BlueBet review, the review you want is our Betr review.

The annual report says the change was "reflected at a corporate level since April 2025", and the chair's letter describes the group as having "rebranded and migrated customers to a single platform".

Your old BlueBet account

Betr's general terms (version 1.1) include a clause on accounts "migrated to betr from a third party or related body corporate", and name "BlueBet Pty Ltd, the former operator of BlueBet" as one of them. In practice, an old BlueBet account is a Betr account now, under Betr's terms.

What that means for you:

  1. Logging in: use betr.com.au or the Betr app. We could not confirm whether old BlueBet passwords carry over; if not, reset it or call Betr on 1800 002 387.
  2. Rules: Betr's terms now apply, including its deposit and loss limits and its complaints process through the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission.
  3. A forgotten balance: under Betr's terms, after 2 years with no activity the money is either sent to you or treated as unclaimed money. Check now rather than later.

Licence

BlueBet has no row on the Northern Territory register of licensed wagering operators. The register lists Betr Entertainment Aus Pty Ltd, marked "Not currently trading" there, because Betr now holds a Tasmanian licence. If BetStop applies to you, it covers Betr like every licensed Australian bookmaker; our self exclusion guide explains how.

Why this page is not scored

Our how we rate method scores what an operator offers today: payouts, terms, safety, tools and support. BlueBet offers nothing today under its own name, so a score would be invented. This page stays out of search results until there is something new to report, and we will update it if the BlueBet name ever returns.

Frequently asked questions

Does BlueBet still exist?

No, not as a betting brand. BlueBet's owner changed its consumer brand to Betr in August 2024 and renamed the listed company betr Entertainment Limited in April 2025. The bluebet.com.au address now sends you to betr.com.au.

How do I log in to my old BlueBet account?

Go to betr.com.au. Betr's terms treat accounts migrated from BlueBet Pty Ltd as Betr accounts. We could not confirm whether old BlueBet passwords still work, so if you are stuck, call Betr customer service on 1800 002 387.

Is BlueBet the same as Betr?

BlueBet was renamed and merged into Betr. The same listed group, ASX code BBT, runs Betr today under a Tasmanian licence.

Did BlueBet have a casino?

Online casino games cannot legally be offered to people in Australia, and neither BlueBet nor Betr could offer them under an Australian licence.
